| WMDecode application designed to be a small utility that can be used in conjunction with your email program. When you receive a message from a Microsoft Outlook user gets a message in Microsoft Outlook RTF format, you will receive the regular text message, along with an attached file called WinMail. DAT. It is not, strictly speaking, a Word rich text file and can use Word to read. The winmail.dat file is a formatted version of the message (which ignores this program) and the accompanying documents. WMDecode scan the selected winmail.dat file for attachments and save them individually, the original default file name (long). WMDecode is easy to use. To install, copy the file to your desktop WMDecode.exe. To use it, just drag / drop files from the desktop WINMAIL.DAT-folder or file is in the attachment. |
